OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. To Install/Remove Battery Pack To Attach Battery Pack a. Lift the lever and pull the battery-bay cover (J) to open it. lever b. Align the raised portion on the battery pack with the grooves in the battery bay, and then slide the battery pack onto the tool as shown. - Page 10 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 2. To Start/Stop the Fan a. CARE AND MAINTENANCE All maintenance should only be carried out by a qualified service technician. WARNING • Before cleaning or performing any maintenance, remove the battery from the tool. Never disassemble the tool, battery pack or charger. For safe and proper operation, always keep the tool and its ventilation slots clean. - Page 13 CARE AND MAINTENANCE Storage Store indoors. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep away from corrosive agents, such as garden chemicals and de-icing salts. Before storing your fan, empty and clean the hose and filter. a. Remove the battery pack. b. Place the intake tube (G) onto the storage position located in bottom of the fan base (Fig.3a/3b).
