DescriptionCNA - Benedictine Nursing Center in Mt Angel, ORSchedule: Full Time in various shifts and per diem/on call

Job Description:The CNA performs basic nursing care functions and other duties under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN). Performs duties to meet the personal care needs of residents, performs limited nursing techniques, observes and reports resident conditions, and services residents in a manner consistent with the Resident Bill of Rights.

Required qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Currently participating in a CNA training course
• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position upon hire

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year' Experience in a health care setting

About The TeamProvidence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.

HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
