Biography

Rebecca (Lyndon) Kennedy was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)

Rebecca Lyndon was born on 7th November 1862 on Oxley Island in the Manning River, her birth registered in the Manning River district[1].She was the daughter of Henry Lyndon and Christina Perry.

Rebecca had a son Alexander Lyndon in 1881, his birth registered in Wingham, NSW[2].

She married John Henry Kennedy (1855-1927) on the 8th of September 1890, the marriage registered in Sydney[3].

She passed away in 1927, her death registered in Hurstville, NSW[4] and is buried in Rookwood cemetery[5][6].
