Republic Day 2024:On January 26, 2024, India will commemorate its 75th Republic Day. Republic Day, known as Gantantra Diwas, is celebrated with immense enthusiasm throughout the country, including in schools, colleges, government, and private institutions, to honor the Constitution that was enacted on January 26, 1950.
Each year, the primary Gantantra Diwas celebration takes place at Rajpath or Kartavya Path in the national capital, New Delhi, on January 26. On this day, an elaborate Republic Day parade unfolds, featuring participation from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and the Indian Air Force.
